📌Usage Rights

Commercial use of the artwork is not included by default.If you plan to use the commissioned piece in any way that generates profit for example, on livestreams, in YouTube videos, monetized posts, merchandise, etc.you will need to purchase commercial use rights. This ensures you have legal permission to use the artwork for any revenue-generating purposes.Non commercial use:
You may use the artwork as a profile picture, in non commercial posts, or in any context where no profit is generated.
This includes personal social media icons, banners, or private usage such as wallpapers.

🎨Artwork Modifications

You are welcome to use my artwork as inspiration or incorporate it into your personal designs (for example, as part of a collage or a sticker for personal use).However, unless you have purchased the artwork’s copyright, please do not modify the character itself without my permission.This means no changing the character’s colors, features, or design elements.
(Minor edits to non character elements, like background decorations or sparkles, are okay but the character’s appearance should remain unchanged.)

Model Transfer

When transferring or selling a character model that includes my artwork, please keep the following in mind:✔️ Allowed: You may include my artwork at no additional cost when handing off the model to a buyer. (However, selling my artwork by itself or charging extra specifically for my art is strictly forbidden.)🚫 Please Avoid: Do not use my artwork as a promotional image when advertising the sale of the model.⚠️ Note: If commercial rights are not included in the transfer, make sure to inform the buyer that the artwork is for personal use only and no commercial rights are being transferred.
